In celebration of International Women’s Day, our 2022 Diversity Report explores a number of emerging trends in the Mining & Metals and Energy sectors.

With the booming ESG thematic necessitating greater diversity in the boardroom and executive leadership teams, an increasing number of companies are working to #BreakTheBias and utilise females to diversify their expertise.

The number of female appointments with different backgrounds more closely aligned to the new energy transition (including sustainability, environment, social, marketing and communications) in this FYTD has already shown a notable increase from last FY, rising from 5% to almost 20%.
