They discuss the 128% rise in gold and copper roles and an increased talent mobility with many roles now focused on projects in Africa, Asia, and South America. We've also witnessed a surge in hiring by larger producing companies, evident in a 462% increase in our clients' average market capitalisation. Expectedly, amidst a period of economic uncertainty, they also observed a renewed focus on competitive remuneration and job security.
