We were pleased to assist Ora Banda Mining Ltd with the appointment of Doug Warden as Chief Financial Officer and Joint CoSec.

Doug is a seasoned CFO with over 30 years of experience in leading the finance functions of ASX-listed companies. Most recently, he was the CFO of Core Lithium, where he oversaw a $110M equity raise, strengthening the company's balance sheet to navigate the challenging lithium price. Prior to Core, Doug held the role of CFO at Resolute Mining and spent 13 years in various executive positions at Iluka Resources, including CFO and Head of Resource Development.
