We were pleased to assist WIA Gold on the appointment of David Edwards as Chief Financial Officer.

David is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Company Secretary with more than 25 years of international financial leadership across the resources and construction sectors. He brings deep experience supporting both established and emerging mining companies, including leading project financing strategies, negotiating strategic partnerships and offtake agreements, and establishing strong financial governance and finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
