We were pleased to assist Maaden on the appointment of Mike Zivcic as Chief Operating Officer for its Base Metals and New Minerals (BMNM) division. 

Mike is a seasoned mining executive with over 20 years of experience, including leading operations and major projects across Australasia, Latin America, and Africa. He brings a strong track record across large-scale open pit and underground operations in complex jurisdictions, underpinned by a technical foundation in both mining engineering and geology.
