We were pleased to assist Perseus Mining Limited with the appointment of Amanda Weir as Chief Operating Officer. 

Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic transformation. She has held executive roles for the past nine years, leading teams through complex transitions. Most recently, Amanda served as Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of Canadian Operations at Newcrest, where she played a key role in integrating Newcrest's operations into Newmont following its acquisition. Prior to that, Amanda held leadership positions at Evolution Mining and BHP in various strategy, innovation, and technical roles.
