We were pleased to assist Venture Minerals (ASX: VMS) on the appointment of Tim Lindley as Non-Executive Chair.

Tim is an experienced board director and former investment banker, with a proven track record in equity raising, project finance, debt, and M&A. Over his 25-year executive career, he has assumed key positions in Australia and internationally, notably as Country Head (Australia) at Barclays Bank and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley (Australia).
