Congratulations to Technology Metals Australia Limited (ASX: TMT) on their achievement of gender parity at a Board and Executive level. We were pleased to assist in this achievement, with the appointment of Dr Carmen Letton as Non-Executive Director.
 
Dr Carmen Letton brings over 35 years of global mining experience to the board, as a mining engineer and mineral economist with a diverse background in senior leadership roles in operations, business improvement and operational excellence. She possesses extensive and varied technical expertise and is a dual selectee of WIM UK’s "100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining".

The Search Lead for this appointment was Laura Grierson, with support from Olivia Harrison in research.
