Our Director Laura Grierson’s opinion piece in The West Australian discusses the recently released gender pay gap data by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. The data's transparency reflects a step in the right direction, whilst highlighting the areas that require further work. It also raises the question of what roles companies should play and the societal expectations required to close the gap.
